Practical AI for your business
Save time. Capture more leads. Get more done.
We find where AI can remove repetitive work, improve how quickly you respond to enquiries, and help your team produce more. Then we build practical systems around the tools you already use.
What we do
Four ways to improve how your business works.
Some problems need better training. Some need a fixed workflow. Others need a system that can read, interpret, and respond. We help you choose the right approach, then build only what is useful.
AI consulting and training
Find where AI is worth using, where it is not, and what to do first. We turn that into a clear plan and train your team on their real work.
See how it worksProcess automation
Remove repeatable admin such as data entry, reporting, reminders, and handoffs. Agreed rules run the same way every time, with exceptions sent to a person.
See how it worksAI assistants and agents
Handle enquiries and back-office work that needs to read, interpret, or draft. The system works from your information, acts within clear limits, and hands over when judgement is needed.
See how it worksDigital design
Make it easier for people to understand your business, trust it, and get in touch. We design fast websites and digital experiences around the action you want customers to take.
See how it worksHow AI improves the work
Less repetitive work. More time for customers, sales and delivery.
Used well, AI and automation take on repeatable steps: reading incoming information, moving data, drafting first responses, and routing work. The examples below show how that gives your team time back and increases useful output while people keep control of the decisions.
See how the work changes
Choose an outcome to compare a manual route with a typical AI-supported workflow.
AI and automation handle the known, repeatable steps. Your team only steps in when judgement or an exception needs attention.
- 01
Routine work arrives
A request, form, or recurring task enters the workflow.
- 02
AI handles the repeatable steps
Information is read, recorded, and routed through the tools you already use.
- 03
Exceptions reach a person
Anything outside the agreed rules pauses for human judgement.
- 04
Time goes back to the team
People spend more time on customers, sales, and delivery.
How we work
A clear route from business problem to practical result.
- 01
We understand the work
We look at the problem, the people involved, the systems already in place, and where time or opportunities are being lost.
- 02
We agree what matters
You get a short list of worthwhile changes in priority order. We agree what success looks like before anything is built.
- 03
We build and test one thing first
We start with the clearest opportunity, test it against real work, and put it live only when you are comfortable with it.
- 04
We support what goes live
We monitor the system, fix problems, and improve it as the work changes. You can stop with one solution or build from there.

Who you'll work with
Meet Tom, founder of Pulsar.
I build AI tools that turn manual work and messy data into something the business actually relies on, with experience at Liverpool FC as a Senior Analyst. As a CIMA chartered management accountant, I judge technology the way I'd judge any other spend, by what it gives back and whether it's worth doing.
That's the thinking behind Pulsar. So many business owners are told to use AI and then left to work out what that actually means for them. We'd rather start from how your business really runs, find the few changes that genuinely pay for themselves, and build those properly.
What is taking too much time?
Tell us where work is slowing down, where enquiries are being missed, or where your team is repeating the same task. We will read it and suggest the most useful place to start.
